WHAT IS
FLOW ARTS
Flow arts is a term that refers to a group of movement-based disciplines that combine dance, creative expression, and object manipulation. It often involves props such as poi, hula hoops, staffs, fans, or juggling, and can include elements of martial arts, circus arts, and rhythmic gymnastics.
